Entity extraction: evidence and limits
Entities organize the objects described by knowledge; identifying an entity does not verify a knowledge claim. Start with How OMK understands knowledge for the concept definitions. This page collects current specifications and their capability limits.

| How do I review, correct, retain, and reuse knowledge? | Knowledge guide · Entity knowledge library |
| How are cross-window proposals, human decisions and recovery connected? | Entity review journal |
| How are annotations, checks, and reference readiness defined? | Extraction evaluation protocol |

The evaluation protocols own measured quality scope and review status. Structural admission, recorded-output workflow acceptance, human organization decisions and retaining knowledge are separate from extraction accuracy, truth, stability or reuse benefit.
